RETURNS POLICY

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. We stand behind our products, so if you encounter an issue with your Thirty-Seven product under normal use, please get in touch via the Contact Us form, or via our social media channels - we’d love the opportunity to make it right.

Alternatively, you can return the faulty product to the original store of purchase for a refund or replacement. Individual stores will have different policies regarding returns, so please contact the store of purchase to learn more.

THINGS WE WON’T REPLACE

The nature of fishing tackle means that it gets absolutely hammered.

Between smashing into the ocean floor, getting smashed by massive fish, or smashing around the boat, your Thirty-Seven product is going to have a hard life. We know this, and we’ve done everything we can to make sure it stands up to a fair bit of abuse. But it’s not invincible, and like any other fishing tackle, it has a lifetime of use.

We’ll consider replacing or repairing anything that fails due to manufacturing defects or premature wear, but we can’t guarantee a replacement under the following circumstances:

• Lost or stolen items

• Items that have been modified or structurally altered

• Damage to items caused by fish teeth. eg; Barracuda

• Items damaged from misuse, or lack of care resulting in corrosion damage

• Damage to hooks caused by point loading or misplaced hook sets.
