Developed to address the excessive use of toxic lead in the fishing industry, REDO is devoted to bringing safe and environmentally friendly fishing tackle to the market.
Until now, it has been not commercially viable to produce sinkers and tackle that compete with lead-based products in both performance and price. Our CoreForge™ high-density alloy steel is comparable to the cost and density of lead… minus the toxicity.

WHAT’S INSIDE?
Every aspect of our lead-free sinkers has been considered to reduce waste and impact on the environment.
REDO Lead-free sinkers utilise a unique iron alloy that makes them denser than standard steel.
This alloy steel is then forged under extremely high pressure to form the shape of the sinker, whilst also further compressing the material. We call this process CoreForge™ Technology, and it’s what makes REDO Lead-free Sinkers unique.
The sinker is then coated with a non-toxic and durable resin that protects against corrosion and provides easy identification of sinker type.
